The summer of 2024, my husband and I were at the end of our rope with our 12-year-old son’s health. For over a year, he had been dealing with severe stomach pain. He was losing weight because he didn’t want to eat, his mood had changed because he felt awful almost all the time, and school, something he once loved, became a struggle. The pain started affecting everything, from sports to time with family and friends.

We had done everything we were told to do. Blood work, allergy testing, hospital visits, imaging, stool samples... so many tests. And still, no real answers.
